About This Project
HAIKU – collection of original, small, abstract paper collages created during Summer 2019. Intuitive, quick, visual notes that reflect the impression of a moment, thought. Captured in the form of a pictorial-graphic record which brings to mind a visual haiku (haiku: short poetry).
Pink series. Each fragment of the composition is hand-painted and selected for a given collage. Fragments of the paintings used for the „Haiku” series are scraps from the „Organique” series on paper, thus both series complement each other in the process of creation.
Background used for collages is adirect reference to small paper, square, sticky notes in strong colors, which we use to write down important tasks, thoughts or messages every day.
